Shipping Policy

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please note that all parcels are sent via Australia Post. The estimated delivery time for express shipping is 1-3 business days in most areas, while standard shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days. It’s important to remember that these delivery times are estimations and may vary.

At Sage and Paije, we strive to ship all orders on the same day if they are placed before 2:00 PM AEST (Sydney time) on a business day. For orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays, shipping will take place on the next business day. Kindly note that shipping days do not include public holidays, and there may be occasional delays during high-volume or sale periods.

Please be aware that once the package leaves our warehouse, we have limited control over its journey. Therefore, Sage and Paije cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, particularly during peak periods, or for any missing, damaged, or stolen parcels. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

It is essential to provide accurate shipping information during checkout as Sage and Paije cannot reimburse or replace missing, damaged, or stolen parcels due to incorrect shipping details. If a parcel is returned to us and you wish to arrange redelivery, the postage fee will be the customer’s responsibility.

International Orders

Delivery time will be dependent on the destination country.

The customer will responsible for any custom and import duties/taxes charges. All the applicable charges must be paid by you even if you refuse to shipment upon the delivery. The package will be sent back to us if you refused to pay the additional fee, and the extra shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Taxes & Duties

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. Any applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes, and other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order incurs these additional charges, they must be paid by you for your package to clear customs.

As required by customs authorities, we are obligated to state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the authority to release or deny release of your package. In rare cases, they may also choose to delay or reject delivery.

If you decide not to pay the additional fees, your package will be returned to us. In this case, you will be refunded the cost of your order, excluding any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
