Return Policy

Sage and Paije is committed to customer satisfaction – if you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of the order delivery date.

We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for store credit only.

Returned goods that do not meet the following criteria will be declined and may be sent back at your cost:

  • Return must be lodged within 30 days after receiving the items.
  • Merchandise must be in its original condition, and must not be worn, washed, altered, stained or perfumed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any Sage and Paije hangtags, attached.
  • All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postage labels.
  • Bag returns must include the original packaging, with the security seal intact.

The following merchandise are excluded from returns:

  • Accessories (earrings, necklaces)
  • Beauty/Cosmetic products
  • Hair accessories
  • Hats
  • Intimates
  • Stockings
  • Phone accessories
  • Items marked as “FINAL SALE” (items ending in $XX.50 are Final Sale)

To ensure a positive shopping experience and prevent misuse, Sage and Paije may refuse returns if we identify excessive return patterns or abuse of this policy.

Please note: If you paid for shipping at checkout, this cost will not be credited. If your return does not meet the requirements, it may be sent back at your cost.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges. Instead, return your item for store credit and place a new order for your desired size or style.

Return Processing

Please allow 5-10 business days after receipt of your package for your return to be processed. Delays may occur during peak periods. For inquiries, email us at returns@sageandpaije.com.au.

Australian Returns

We offer an easy, pay-and-print return label service. Submit your return request via our AU portal to receive your postage label. Print it, attach it, and drop your parcel at any AusPost box or shop.

We deduct $10.50 for using our returns label if you are based in Australia.

Submit your return request via the NZ portal and purchase a return label for NZD 13.00. Then drop it off at your nearest post shop.

Store Credit

Store Credit will be provided as a Gift Card and:

  • Is valid for 2 years from the issue date
  • Can only be used on sageandpaije.com.au
  • Is non-transferable and non-refundable for cash
  • Cannot be applied to past orders
  • If combined with card/PayPal/AfterPay/ZipPay, credit is refunded first

Faulty Items

All goods are inspected before shipping. If you believe an item is faulty, contact us with photo evidence before approval.

International Returns

Please contact Customer Service for international returns. We cannot provide return labels for international orders. Duties and taxes are not refunded.
